What's New !
I introduce you my exclusive works and fantastic ideas of the real, beautiful
and
traditional Japanese Characters and Words you have never imagined before.
It is fascinating to know about genuine Japanese Characters and words in
KANJI,
HIRAGANA, KATAKANA, even for a Japanese like me.
It is also my pleasure if I am of any service to you who are interested
in Japanese Characters.
You can use them for your original artwork, for tattoos and any others
freely. For example, you can make a nice KANJI-charm like I did or a beautiful Japanese Character T-shirt if you really just
try it.
At the same time you enjoy this web site, you will become a person conversant
with the state of affairs in Japan. I hope you really enjoy my "Japanesque-Words-World",
even if my representation in English is not enough. I believe it is worth
attempting to show you my honest thoughts for the real and proper Japanese
characters and words though I may fail.

Andrew from Canada
I have an aquaintance who has something pequliar about him. His name is
Andrew who came to Japan from Canada a couple of years ago as an English
teacher at a rulal town's high school which is located northern part of
Honshu-island, faced to the Pacific Ocean.
He is interested in the mysterious attractiveness of Japanese culture, and especially live and genuine Japanese characters like hieroglyphic KANJI. But he rather doesn't like to learn to speak in Japanese language.
He loves to visit "Akihabara", the unexpected and excited town in Tokyo for so called "Otaku"people, sometimes, for his private pleasure which no one knows in detail,
around him in his town.
One day, we talked about Japanese letters. We noticed that it looked very unique and cool in the world, each time English names transfered into KANJI. For instance, "Andrew"is possible to be transfered into KANJI as follows as "ˆÀ“g—³", "ˆÁ“y—²", "ˆÂ“s—¯", "s“m—´"and more others.
Approximately one month later, I actually made a nice shiny
silver 925-charm "ˆÀ“l—´"for him. Each these KANJI has its own meaning as follows. ˆÀ (an or yasu) stands for stability, sense of security, ease, quiet, etc.
“l (do or to) means fight(ing), measure, laddle, a scoop, etc. —´ (ryu:) means dragon in Japanese. As you see, it looks quite cool , nice, recognized unique style, and unseen anywhere else. Because it is complete handmade by my own handwriting - design (an autograph) in KANJI and created with a Fret Sawing Technique (a special way of cutting the letters off of the precious metal plate by hands; it is distinguished sharply from the chasing or engraving technique) by the Japanese expert craftsman Hirobobu Yamamoto in Los Angeles.
